Terms and Conditions for Resumes

During our email or phone conversation, you were provided a customized price quote. Please add to the cart the price we quoted you during our discussion.

Refund and cancellation policy: Should the client change his or her mind before the resume/marketing questions are sent via email, a $75 administrative fee will apply. Once the client has the resume/marketing questions in his or her possession, only half of the amount will be refunded. Monies are nonrefundable in either of the following cases: (1) client has submitted the completed worksheets to CareerStrides or the resume writer and client completed the intake over the phone (2) the client is in receipt of the resume.

Turnaround is 10-14 business days from the day CareerStrides receives all the necessary information to begin writing.

Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client (please be certain to verify all dates, spelling of proper names, etc). You will have the opportunity to review the draft. We will make the corrections and ask you to review the document one more time. This is your final review. Any changes made after the second review will incur consultation charges at $85/hour (minimum charge of $55). Please be sure that all the information you want on the resume is accurate and complete. New information provided after production of the first draft will incur an additional charge based upon our hourly rate/minimum charge. Full proofreading instructions will be sent to client when the resume is complete.

The client hereby agrees that any inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading information in the résumé or other materials provided to the client by CareerStrides is not our responsibility and that the client had an opportunity to review the materials and approve the entire content prior to delivery and/or reproduction. Your resume will be provided via email in MS Word.

Terms and Conditions for Coaching
During our phone or email discussion, you were provided a customized price quote for your coaching needs. Please indicate the amount provided in the "authorized payment" box. Payment must be made to confirm schedule appointment. Refund and cancellation policy: If client cancels more than 24hrs. before the appointment the full amount will refunded. If client cancels or reschedules with less than 24hrs. notice only half the amount will be refunded.

CareerStrides operates under New York State jurisdiction and laws.

We offer a confidential consultation. Information gathered online or in a one-on-one meeting will not be disclosed to any outside source.

We do not sell, rent, lease, share or give your information to anyone not directly employed by CareerStrides.

Personal email messages, from us to you in response to an email or request we receive from you, will not include email “opt-out” removal instructions, as we understand that, by your submission, you are expecting a response from us.

Although our Site does not contain any information that would be of interest or value to children, we do not knowingly target children in any of our advertisements or advertising campaigns, including email campaigns or offline direct mail campaigns.
