Leader:
Lead by example and doesn't have a problem pulling up his or her
sleeves to get the job done. Refrain from hiring someone who likes
to sit behind a desk with the door closed.
Open
Communicator:
Respects the opinions of all employees, regardless of said
employee's status in within the organization. In addition, employees
should feel comfortable in a dialogue with a manager.
Strategic
Thinker:
Devise plans and design roadmaps that will make a positive impact on
the department.
Change
Agent:
Provide analysis of the organization to initiate operational changes
that enhance the organization's effectiveness.
Project
Management:
Deliver projects from cradle-to-grave, ensuring that stakeholders
remained in the loop and employees complete project on time and
within required specifications.
People
Management:
Assemble a high-performance team that is able to achieve goals
without handholding. Ensure team members have the tools to achieve
their job responsibilities.
When
