Negotiations: Tell me about your experience building consensus on a controversial idea.

Flexibility: Tell me about the last time you were open to new ideas.

Accountability: Describe a time when you took accountability for a project that failed. What did you learn from that experience?

Problem Solver/Conflict Management: When problems in an organization fester, negative attitude spreads like cancer. Tell me how you resolve misunderstandings in a constructive manner.

Political "Savviness": Understanding internal and external politics is the mark of a good executive. Tell me about your experience in leveraging information for the betterment of the organization.
